The pressure city walkers suffer from job and studies has nearly crushed the bodies. After the hard work at offices and schools, we still strive hard to grasp every minute to do shopping. We subconsciously follow the preset flyover, guided by the road signs and take pictures in front of the fake scene in malls. The monotonous living style urges us so much that we can hardly find a decent rest. Where can let people ease up and express oneself through innovation so that power is recharged for the next working day? Sometimes the deep underlying creativity can only be triggered in complete leisure. In recent years, upstairs art jam studios start to appear in commercial buildings and offer cozy area for the burst of creativity. Adults can create handcrafts and artworks and carry out entertainments like playing games, listening to music and drinking at the same time while parents and children can enjoy their family time. Sometimes people have to be eased up whereas art jam, which is art plus entertainment, ‘artainment’, is the most appealing innovative entertainment.

Random Art Workshop (RAW) encourages the seeking of creativity of self. Everyone is an artist as long as you have got creativity. RAW believes in handcrafts are the easiest way to express oneself, therefore diversified workshops are held regularly at RAW, e.g. collage, greeting cards making, scrapbook making. Except providing all materials to learners, RAW welcomes learners bring along their own photos or little piece of cloth and all other commemorating little objects to produce their exclusive artworks. Learners and friends can embed in the spacious studio from dawn till dusk to eliminate stress through art. 這裡以授課形式為主，Artforma創辦人馬先生以音樂與表演藝術Jam視覺藝術(如：繪畫、拼貼、陶瓷)引導孩子與父母一同創作。「好玩」的教學方式，令學生在愉快的教學中啓發創作之餘，也讓親子間有進一步的了解。

Mr. Ma, the founder of is giving extraordinary lectures--- how to jam music and performance art into visual art (like drawings, collage and ceramics) and guides children to create artworks with parents. The innovative and joyful lessons not only inspire students but also enhance the deeper understanding between the two generations.

Clara曾在國際學校從事多年創意教育，丈夫亞Gum則是資深藝術策展人。現已擴充為兩層的C&G，一層是畫室，以供授課與DIY形式的多元2D創作，素描與繪畫最受「大人細路」歡迎。上一層的展覽空間定期因應社會動態，邀請世界各地的藝術家參與創作、展出作品或舉行輕式講座。他們希望到來的朋友，在下層畫室創作之餘，「由下而上」到上層的展覽空間認識不同的當代藝術與文化人。倆口子長年推廣藝術的心，藝術界是有目共睹的。在旺角逛街時，也可順道上樓參觀他們的Artpartment。C&G還在元朗大棠村荔枝園的DIY户外寫生，可致電留座。

Clara works as a teacher in creative education in international schools for years whereas her husband, Gum is an experienced curator. In the 2 storey C&G , the lower floor are art studios for teaching and DIY 2D creation. Sketching and drawing classes are all time favourite. The upper exhibition space accommodates the hottest issues among the society. Artists from all over the world are invited to cooperate in creation, exhibit artworks or hold seminars. They hope visitors can enjoy the experience in C&G, ranging from innovating at the lower deck to knowing contemporary artists and cultural figures at the upper deck. The sincere promotion made by the lovely couple is a strong push in the art field. Next time when you are wandering around in Mong Kok, make sure you drop by Artpartment and if you have more time, book a reservation for sketching in Tai Tong Lychee Garden, Yuen Long.

今次介紹的Random Art Workshop (RAW)正正要大家尋回自己的創作力。只要具有想像力，任何人都可以是藝術家。想展現自己，可以由手工藝開始，故此RAW一直舉行多元化的工作坊，如拼貼畫、心意卡、剪貼簿等等。RAW除了提供各式各樣的材料給學員外，更歡迎學員自攜相片、小布塊等別具回憶的材料到場製作屬於自己的藝術品。RAW是一個偌大的空間。不論日夜，學員可以約同三五知己一同創作，以藝術釋放壓力，workshop內還提供小吃，也可預約舉行派對，絕對是銅鑼灣的一個喘息地。

Art把來自三間不同大學的他們Jam在一起。十多位來自BU、CU、Ied視覺藝術系與文化與創意藝術系的二年級學生，他們自家搞的多樣媒介展覽，《小圈子》將於本月14日在石硤尾創意藝術中心L3舉行，記得去趁吓熱鬧。大家除可欣賞作品外，還可能以合宜價錢買得affordable Art呢！

為了學業，為了事業，所受的壓力已令都市人喘不過氣。努力讀書，努力工作，空餘時間，還要努力逛街消費。累嗎？放工放學後，我們不知不覺循着預設的行人天橋，指引進入大型商場消費，在場內中心佈景前拍照留念。千篇一律的急速生活方式，令我們疲於奔命，難於安頓下來休養生息。哪裡有可能使人輕鬆下來的同時，透過個人創意表達與釋放自己，讓我們再次迎向未來？潛藏的創意有時是需要個人在閒適的狀態下才可發揮。香港近年在商業中心地帶，興起一種Art Jam的樓上畫室，提供方便舒適的空間，讓成人與小孩可以一面創作手工與藝術、一面進行其他娛樂，例如：玩遊戲、聽音樂等，以輕鬆的方式用不同的藝術媒介表達自我。人有時就是要hea吓。Art Jam，即是art 加入entertainment， ‘artainment’。就是一種自由方式的創作娛樂。
