We，我們一群文化愛好者不只是為推動視覺文化，而聚首出版免費刊物CULTaMAP，我們還共同擁有環保的生活態度。現在國內旱情實在嚴峻，鄉村百姓因此帶來的不便甚至苦難，安居於城市，每天享受自來水的城市人，可能永遠都也不能完全了解。但作為出版者，我們應該儆醒的，是要好好利用資源：我們每月出版所使用的這張CULTaMAP。與其把人人都可在網上隨處找來的資訊，剪與貼再刊一次，浪費紙張，不如用心為讀者提供一手的資訊，好好使用CULTaMAP。今期，我們便派出CULTaMAPPER在上海世博會開幕前，遠赴上海，深入世博會現場，甚至公眾禁止內進的工地，為你們介紹最好的。最好的美食、最好的衣飾在那裡，人人皆知。但價廉物美的介紹，才是我們在親身體驗後要介紹給大家的「上海世博遊」。另外當然還有一手文章：Fotopiggie的「在Liberal Arts和Technology的交界線」，七城影頁的「我們的身影」，背包族胡世君說說澳洲街頭趣「文」(化) ，還有Meng & Yvonne 的Black Sheep Barn睇3D電影。We CULT a MAP

We are the cultural enthusiasts who not only want to promote visual art by publishing CULTaMAP, but also promoting our environmental lifestyle. The problem of drought bring much inconvenience and disaster effect on the rural residents in mainland China, the distress of them is hard for city slickers to realize, who are enjoying tap-water everyday. As the publisher, CULTaMAP have to remind ourselves to make good use of resources, therefore, we insist to present the first-hand and primary information for readers, instead of the meaningless process of just copying details from internet, that’s a waste of papers.  

In the aim of providing comprehensive information of Shanghai World Expo, we have sent our　“CULTaMAPPER” to Shanghai, who will burst into the arena, even the private place, and reporting all hot news to you. We all know the best place for foods and clothes in Shanghai. However, you definitely need us to show you the place for “cheap and fine” products.
